Slovenians have been going to the polls on Sunday.<br /><br />Centre-left candidate Miro Cerar is expected to win and will be charged with implementing privatisation reforms agreed with the EU and cut the country’s debt.<br /><br />Cerar created his Party of Miro Cerar (SMC) six weeks ago and is leading opinion polls.<br /><br />It will be Slovenia’s fourth government since the financial crisis in 2008.
